things change by the minute it seems

this is a portion of the email I received from the trustee:
We do have all the files from Imagine Adoption and Saint Annes. We are not formally acting on Saint Annes but thought it best to secure the files in our possession. So they are safe at this time.

We are talking with the ministry and legal counsel about the files and releasing them. We understand it is urgent and will not delay unreasonably. Please watch the website for update regarding this bankruptcy including release of family files. There is talk of other agencies perhaps assisting etc.

bdo.ca/imagineadoption has updated their website and it turns out that funds were exchanged between all 3 organizations (Kid's Link, Global Reach and St. Anne's) so the St. Anne's bank accounts will be reviewed.
