montre et raconte

Last week, E's teacher sent home a note saying that the class would be starting show and tell this week. Today, it is E's turn to put an item in an opaque bag and write the first letter of that item on the piece of paper attached to the bag. E chose popcorn. So I popped a bag in the microwave and E wrote the letter M on the paper to insert into the clear plastic pouch on the front of the black bag. I told E that each child should be able to have 5 pieces of popcorn once she is finished presenting. She is thrilled to have an edible montre et raconte.
