Update to the earlier post on the Citizenship Act

It turns out the adoption community is a letter writing bunch:
A spokesman for Immigration Minister Jason Kenney said the minister has heard from parents who fear that the new law will limit the options of their children adopted abroad. He is aware "of these concerns, and is seized of the matter," Alykhan Velshi said. "Last week, he asked his officials to review this aspect of the legislation."

Hopefully, this review will lead to a change that will allow my future children to travel as freely as they want when pregnant or otherwise and not have to worry about adversely affecting my grandchildren's citizenship.
