2 out of 3 ain't bad...

but it isn't perfect neither.  I have permission from the country, permission from an agency outside my province, but need the permission of my central authority in order to proceed with this next adoption.

I am trying to remain positive, but I emailed the Ministry yesterday and the only answer I have received thus far is that I will get a definitive answer tomorrow.

I am trying to remain positive, however I am preparing myself for either answer.  If it's yes, I already have all my original docs, most of them scanned already.  All ready to send off...

If not, another bridge to cross...

I keep reminding myself, every time I look at my daughter, children are worth anything at any cost.  The marginal benefit outweighs the marginal cost, a little something I picked up in my economics class.  :)
