Sep 29/11 - call fm agency to tell me my file has been closed
Jul 20/11 - email fm SNA lawyer indicating problem locating my rep
Apr 28/11 - doc notarized, authenticated, legalized and on its way to the agency
Apr 18/11 - rec'd SNA letter dated Mar 2/11
Jan 13/11 - docs rec'd at SNA
Dec 23/10 - sent all docs to Peru
Dec 13/10 - dropped off all docs to Peruvian Embassy
Oct 20/10 - SNA resolution to respond to various items
Oct 14/10 - reference letters requested and resubmitted to agency
Sep 27/10 - updates sent to agency
Sep 14/10 - agency asks me to update all my docs
Aug 20/10 - all but 2 translations emailed to MIMDES
May 17/10 - file arrives at the SNA
Feb 19/10 - 2nd set of med results rec'd
Jan 25/10 - homestudy update
Sep 18/09 - mailed off blood results, psych and xray report
Sep 17/09 - psych appt
Sept 9/09 - blood work re-done for HIV test
Aug 31/09 - blood work & x-rays done
Aug 25/09 - RCMP clearance rec'd
Aug 19/09 - consultation for new process with director
Aug 10/09 - updated Homestudy complete
