Karma

So, E is getting a little taste of bad Karma these days. Last night, way after bed time, she snuck out of bed to play. I had gone downstairs to get some eggs and when I was coming up the stairs, I heard all kinds of clamoring coming from E's room. I went in to see what was going on and she was hurt. She had banged her head and scraped her foot while racing to get back in to bed. She looked so pitiful, she wanted to cry but didn't want to admit what had happened. Like I couldn't figure it out! I had to fight back a laugh. I told her she wasn't in trouble because karma got her instead.

Now, if only she could get some good karma working for her...
